David Schneid, Esq., is the Managing Partner of Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC and actively manages the daily operations of the firm, including the management of over 100 attorneys in the state of Florida. Since 1994, his experience includes conducting institutional lender and private mortgage foreclosures, residential and commercial closings, representing community associations, and handling collections and other various civil matters. David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1994. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. His areas of concentration are institutional lender and private mortgage foreclosures, default and origination title, mediation, loss mitigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, municipal code violations and fine mitigation, and lender related community association law.
David’s prior professional experience was with the firm of Yablin & Schneid, P.A. from 1994 through 1999, where he was responsible for firm management and business development for all Florida operations, and where he supervised the real estate, foreclosure and collections departments. While with the West Palm Beach firm of St. John, Dicker, Kaplan, Krivok & Core from 1999 through 2000, David was responsible for all residential and commercial lending foreclosures in the State of Florida. At the Law Offices of David J. Schneid, P.A. from 2000 through 2010, David handled all Florida foreclosure operations and oversaw a network of legal professionals handling default loan legal services in Florida, South Carolina, and Kentucky and a high-volume Florida REO transaction portfolio.
John Crane received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. Mr. Crane counsels national mortgage servicers on the myriad of federal and law impacting foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, REO, eviction and other areas of the default servicing industry. His areas of concentration include bankruptcy law, creditor rights, foreclosure law, property law, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth-in-Lending, RESPA, mortgage regulatory compliance, banking regulations and FCRA. Mr. Crane has devoted much of his time to the consumer bankruptcy space and has played an active role in the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT) Mortgage Committee and currently serves as the Committee’s Co-Chairman. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Deputy General Counsel of Citi’s North American Operations where he provided legal support to the default servicing areas within Citi’s consumer businesses. Mr. Crane is licensed in Georgia & Texas.
Sara Boriskin, Esq. received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2003 and was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Ms. Boriskin is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Financial and Legal Network and the New York City Bar Association where she was nominated to and serves on the Administrative Law Committee. Ms. Boriskin has performed both institutional and private investor mortgage foreclosures, residential and commercial closings, commercial leasing, civil litigation and corporate formation. Ms. Boriskin focuses her practice on mortgage foreclosure, litigation, default title, mediation, loss mitigation and real estate transactions.
Ms. Boriskin is a founding member of RAS’ New York office location. Prior to founding the New York office in 2013, Sara was a Managing Attorney at Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, P.C. It was there, while managing the firm’s mortgage default practice groups, that Ms. Boriskin established an industry reputation in creditor’s rights, worked in commercial real estate and lending and was actively involved in business development. She has served the financial services industry throughout her legal career. Ms. Boriskin’s other experiences include: The White House, Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Newmark Knight Frank, each of which has helped her formulate her management style.
Richard M. Citron, Esq. graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics in 1991 and received a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995. Mr. Citron is a licensed attorney in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.
After graduating from law school, Richard worked for the Honorable Martin Greenberg, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division of Hudson County, NJ. Before opening RAS’ NJ and PA firm locations, Mr. Citron was employed by the Roseland, NJ firm of Furst Gelfond & Tolstoi which acted as in house counsel for a multi-state mortgage company.
Richard has significant experience representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has also acted as title review counsel for several multi-state mortgage companies, handles landlord tenant matters and writ of possession actions. Richard Citron has his title producer’s license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations.
