David Schneid, Esq., is the Managing Partner of Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC and actively manages the daily operations of the firm, including the management of over 100 attorneys in the state of Florida. Since 1994, his experience includes conducting institutional lender and private mortgage foreclosures, residential and commercial closings, representing community associations, and handling collections and other various civil matters. David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1994. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. His areas of concentration are institutional lender and private mortgage foreclosures, default and origination title, mediation, loss mitigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, municipal code violations and fine mitigation, and lender related community association law.
David’s prior professional experience was with the firm of Yablin & Schneid, P.A. from 1994 through 1999, where he was responsible for firm management and business development for all Florida operations, and where he supervised the real estate, foreclosure and collections departments. While with the West Palm Beach firm of St. John, Dicker, Kaplan, Krivok & Core from 1999 through 2000, David was responsible for all residential and commercial lending foreclosures in the State of Florida. At the Law Offices of David J. Schneid, P.A. from 2000 through 2010, David handled all Florida foreclosure operations and oversaw a network of legal professionals handling default loan legal services in Florida, South Carolina, and Kentucky and a high-volume Florida REO transaction portfolio.
